MC Vanguard Advises on Merger Between Prominent North West Creative Agencies

MC Vanguard Corporate Finance are pleased to have advised on the completion of a merger between some of Merseyside's most prominent creative agencies. Full terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The deal involved marketing and communications agency Kenyon Fraser and digital agency Edian, both Liverpool based, who have teamed up with Southport public relations firm Concept. Kenyon Fraser launched in 1990 and this deal is the first in its recent history.

Under the new structure, Kenyon Fraser head Richard Kenyon will become overall chief executive while deputy managing director Ben O'Brien has stepped up to be MD of Kenyon Fraser. Margaret Tarpey and Nick Holland, the existing managing directors at Concept and Edian, will stay in their respective posts.
