Mitchell Charlesworth welcomes Mike Gregory to launch Solvent Restructuring Service


Mitchell Charlesworth are pleased to welcome Mike Gregory to head up a new specialist solvent restructuring service. This service will be particularly beneficial for companies with high levels of share capital, companies looking to cease trading or dormant companies.

Mike will specialise in assisting clients to streamline their group structures, reduce costs and liabilities and return value to shareholders through a combination of capital reductions, solvent liquidations and strike off applications.

Both Mitchell Charlesworth and Mike are delighted to now be able to offer these specialised and valued services to clients at highly competitive rates.

Mike has over 17 years restructuring experience having originally trained and developed his specialism over 15 years with PwC and KPMG.

He has specialised in solvent restructuring for over 9 years and has worked alongside a vast array of clients across the globe ranging from small owner managed businesses and SME's to large multinational corporations, globally listed organisations and government owned entities.

Mike also brings with him a wealth of knowledge in legal and financial due diligence, accounting, company and insolvency law, Tax, VAT and pensions.  Mike has worked across a variety of sectors, including banking, property and construction, care homes, education, financial services and manufacturing.
