The conference, which is aimed at registered providers, housing professionals, local authorities and other related businesses, is organised by expert advisors to the sector Brabners LLP and Mitchell Charlesworth. This year, we’re delighted to be supported by sponsors Regenda, LMH Symphony, SLH and Forviva. The key theme for this year’s conference is “Homes for All: Ownership v Rent”.

Charity of the Year:

Our Charity of the Year for 2016, Crisis Skylight, will benefit from this year’s conference profits.

Keynote Speakers & Panel Session:

As always, we have a great line up of keynote speakers and educational morning and afternoon workshops. Delegates will have the opportunity to put questions to our panel of keynote speakers, which will be chaired by Derek Long,  Chair of Arc 4.  Joining the panel is:

  • Paul Smee, Director General, Council for Mortgage Lenders (who recently published Shared Ownership: Ugly Sister or Cinderella)
  • Gill Payne, Director of Policy and External Affairs – National Housing Federation, and
  • Julie Fadden, Chief Executive, The SLH Group

If you wish to put a question to the panel in advance of the conference, just let us know – we’ll ensure it’s read out on the day. To read the full line up of keynote speakers and the workshops on offer, please visit www.northwesthousingconference.co.uk.

Build your Network:

We believe this is one of the best conferences of its kind in the UK; as well as bringing together those in the sector for legislation and policy updates it provides a platform for high quality networking, unparalleled access to key players and real insights into how the sector is performing and what it needs to do to accommodate the ever changing landscape it faces.  There's a great atmosphere in the exhibition hall where delegates and exhibitors alike will get together for complimentary refreshments, buffet lunch and evening drinks reception.

Cost & Booking Offers:

The conference represents great value for money. Booking costs have remained static for the last 6 years to accommodate the economic issues facing the sector.

If you are interested in exhibiting at the conference and you missed out on our early bird rate, sign up to receive our future updates and we will offer you a £100 discount on the standard booking rate of £495.

Cost for delegates is just £75 plus VAT, and for every four places booked, you will receive a complimentary fifth delegate place*.

Book your Exhibition & Delegate Places:

There is still availability for both exhibition and delegate places, so don’t delay and book your place today to ensure the continued success of this important event in the local sector.

Exhibitors should call or email Cara Bartlett of Mitchell Charlesworth (0151 255 2300) to reserve their place, whilst delegates should get in touch with Lucie Osborne at Brabners LLP (0151 600 3000) in connection with delegate bookings.

We hope to see you on 4 November 2016!
