Mitchell Charlesworth Golf Day

This year’s golf day in June was held at Bromborough Golf Club.  The wet weather did not dampen spirits and the event was enjoyed by 10 teams of eager and competitive players.

The winning team was lead by David Antonia, partner, and the other team members included Paul Woolfenden, Paul Mason and Rod Seddon.  Chris Dignam proved to have a great swing winning both longest drive and nearest to the pin competitions.

Prizes were awarded by Clive Plummer, partner, in the club house and were followed by a delicious and well deserved three course meal.  The event proved to be a success and is something that we look forward to doing again next year, where the rain will hopefully stay away!
