Accountants launch cash giveaway!

NORTH West-based accountants Mitchell Charlesworth have launched a brand new free service which offers businesses access to thousands of UK grant funding providers.

The firm has a grants database listing more than 3,000 different schemes across the country, which offer funding from a few hundred up to several thousand pounds and can guarantee to provide a report that identifies all current grants & funding potentially available.

Mitchell Charlesworth Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors is offering free initial consultations to any organisation, from businesses, social enterprises and charities to schools and public sector bodies.

Greg Harris, from Mitchell Charlesworth, specialises in project finance and providing grant finance, and has previously secured funding schemes of up to £1 million.

He said: “Basically, this system takes all the hassle out of looking for grant funding by identifying the appropriate schemes - half the battle is knowing what grants are available.

“There are many types of support available but many organisations are missing out because grant funding can be complex and due to the sheer volume of schemes it isn’t always clear which grants are relevant.”

Grants are available in a wide range of sectors, including training and education, development of new products, services and processes, transport, energy and environment, investment and export to name just a few.

Funding can also be available, depending on the type of enterprise, to support an organisation’s costs.
