Executive recruitment agency lands in Liverpool

Date: 15 May 2007

AN EXECUTIVE recruitment and talent management consultancy has relocated to brand new offices in Liverpool to tap into the city’s expanding market.

NDK International has moved from its offices on Birchwood Park, Warrington, to executive premises at The Plaza on Old Hall Street, using grant funding worth in excess of six figures.

NDK International identifies and attracts candidates to middle and senior management roles for top positions across Europe, with salaries typically starting at over £50,000.

Neil Kelly, founder and managing partner, said: “NDK has relocated to the centre of Liverpool as part of our ongoing expansion plan. Previously, the majority of our work has been outside the North West and even outside the UK but now we are tapping in to the local market place in the city.

“Recruitment has reached saturation in Manchester but Liverpool is a growing market and one which we have identified as a potential opportunity for NDK.

“Mitchell Charlesworth Chartered Accountants advised on almost every aspect of the relocation and their assistance has been critical in this latest stage of NDK’s growth.”

NDK International currently has 14 staff based at offices in Liverpool, London, Amsterdam and Geneva. Its clients include global electronics giant Philips, international consumer products company Sarah Lee and DuPont, the second largest chemical company in the world.

Mitchell Charlesworth Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors has acted for NDK for six years and advised on the business plan, cashflow and grant funding for the move.

Paul McGerty, from Mitchell Charlesworth, said: “NDK is a growing business operating in a niche market and a move to Liverpool city centre was a natural progression for the company. Everything is now in place to make the most of Liverpool’s thriving market and for further expansion.”
