Paul to head up Warrington office
Date: 20 September 2006
WARRINGTON accountant, Paul McGerty, has return to his home town to head up a regional office of Mitchell Charlesworth Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors.
The move comes following a sharp increase in demand for the Knutsford Road-based firm’s range of business advisory and accountancy services from local businesses.
Paul, who lives in Grappenhall, moves from the firm’s Widnes office where he has built up a strong reputation for helping clients create and implement business development plans.
He said: “It is important that businesses receive the right advice at the right time and we do this by building a relationship with our clients. I do not believe accountants are people you should see once a year – we should be there with you to help you make the correct informed financial decisions when needed.
“Warrington is a very strong economy and we are seeing evidence of many local businesses on the up.”
David Darlington, managing partner of Mitchell Charlesworth said: “Across the five offices of Mitchell Charlesworth we continue to offer North West owner managed businesses ranging in size from your corner shop to multi-million pound turnovers, quality advice and a real alternative to current accountancy providers.”
“I am confident Paul can help us continue our development in the Warrington area and service local businesses with both their compliance and development needs.”
