Philip is our Audit Compliance Partner, he is responsible for the quality of audit work throughout the Practice and has over 30 years’ experience. He specialises in the Charity, Not For Profit and Social Enterprise sectors and a significant element of his client base is in these areas. Philip also heads up our Academies team, having assisted many education clients through the conversion process and beyond. Philip joined the firm in 1984 and became partner in 1997. He is a member of the ICAEW Charity and Voluntary Sector Group and the ICAEW Audit & Assurance Faculty. Philip is a Trustee and the Company Secretary of Mersey Kidney First and holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting (DchA). Philip is an avid supporter of St Helens Rugby League Football Club.
