Richard, Managing Partner in the firm’s Liverpool office, has over 20 years’ experience in acting for a variety of owner managed SME’s and corporate groups. He specialises in delivering services to the hospitality and leisure sector and works closely with the corporate finance team in delivery of services including refinancing, acquisition advice and the preparation of due diligence reports. Richard joined the firm in 1996 and became partner in 2009. He is a member of ICAEW. In his free time he is a keen golfer and has two young children to keep him fit.
