Tim is Managing Partner in our Chester Office. He was formerly a tax inspector with the Inland Revenue and has over 20 years of experience in this field. Tim advises on the tax issues relating to both owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals and develops bespoke tax solutions for clients and advises on complex issues and tax strategies. A particular area of expertise is advising on inheritance tax mitigation together with the taxation of trusts and estates. Tim joined the firm as partner in 2006 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. In his free time Tim is a keen and accomplished rock climber.
