Emma deals with all manner of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases, commercial leases, development work, promotion agreements and refinancing. Acting for both developers/landowners, landlord/tenants as well as buyers/sellers of commercial property, charities and companies, Emma is valued for her sound commercial judgement and straightforward approach.
