HMRC have today announced that the Domestic Reverse Charge VAT for Construction Services will be delayed until 1st March 2021.
Construction businesses who are registered for VAT should be aware that the roll out of the domestic reverse charge has been postponed for a further 5 months. Due to the current pandemic, businesses are focusing their efforts on responding to this and do not have the capacity to deal with this change.
The full guidance can be read on the Government’s website here.
