Companies House is urging all companies to sign up to their email reminder service for annual accounts and confirmation statements.
They are in the process of contacting all companies, that are currently receiving paper reminders, to confirm that the postal reminder service has now stopped.
The email reminder service is free, and companies can:
- choose up to 4 people to receive a reminder (including an agent)
- file their document immediately from a link within the email
- receive reminders more conveniently
- avoid late filing penalties by filing accounts on time.
