SME specialist and North West based accountants and business advisors, Mitchell Charlesworth has today announced the merger with Kemp & Co accountants.
Kemp & Co has been based in Liverpool for over 50 years and specialise in supporting SME businesses. Partners Michael Todd and Malcolm Grant together with their staff are now relocating to Mitchell Charlesworth’s Liverpool, Temple Street office.
Mitchell Charlesworth’s Managing Partner Paul Wainwright said ‘The merger represents another step in the firms development towards being the leading SME advisor in Liverpool. The deal will add more resource to our operations and provide more services to their clients. It was clear from the outset that we both have a desire to support SMEs and have similar partner led approaches when working with clients’.
