Mitchell Charlesworth supports The Hollies Farm Shop Group with senior finance hire

Mitchell Charlesworth has supported The Hollies Farm Shop Group with the recruitment of a senior accounts manager.

New hire Nathalie Hallworth brings with her over 15 years of management accounting experience, having worked with large plc organisations such as Steinhoff UK Group and also within smaller companies such as The Stanneylands Hotel and Knutsford Admin. She has experience of working in both the retail and hospitality sectors.

With a degree in Business Studies and qualifications in IT and payroll, Nathalie’s current studies will see her complete her CIMA qualification. She is based at The Hollies Farm Shop at Little Budworth, near Tarporley.

A family business growing since 1959, The Hollies Farm Shop was established 60 years ago as an honesty box at the roadside. The business now encompasses farm shops, coffee shops, butchery, delicatessen, gift barn, restaurants, hotels, five star luxury forest lodges and a plant nursery. Directors Phil and Ed Cowap are the third generation in their family’s award-winning business.

Phil Cowap, director of The Hollies Farm Shop Group, said: “The senior accounts manager position is a new managerial role at The Hollies, which has emerged on the back of extensive company growth and diversification over the past 60 years. The role will play a big part in ensuring group consistencies and financial accuracy as the Hollies move forward into the next decade.”

Mitchell Charlesworth, The Hollies Farm Shop Group’s accountancy firm, supported the business with the recruitment and selection process for the finance role. Jennifer Barden, senior business support analyst at Mitchell Charlesworth, helped to prepare the job description, review applications and conduct interviews.
