Candice started her career in 1996 in a top 15 South Manchester practice where she qualified as ACCA in 2000. She progressed through the ranks to become Senior Audit Manager and then Partner and audit RI in 2015. Candice specialises in advising SME’s and Owner Managed Business, including large corporate entities and groups, in all aspects of audit, accountancy and tax matters. She has a particular interest and extensive experience in acting for clients in the not-for-profit, charities and education sector – having acted for over 120 academy trusts and 40 charitable organisations, providing external audit compliance, internal scrutiny, due diligence, governance reviews, accountancy support and systems and controls reviews. Her interests involve spending time with family and friends, hiking, climbing, skiing and paddleboarding. Having hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc and Kilimanjaro, she is always busy planning the next adventure.
