Kieran joined Mitchell Charlesworth in 2015 and has developed a strong knowledge of UK payroll, CIS, pensions, and payroll compliance throughout his career with the firm. As Payroll Manager, he oversees payroll services for a diverse range of clients, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with the latest legislation. Kieran has particular experience in payroll migrations, system integrations, and helping businesses navigate complex payroll and HMRC requirements, while delivering a high standard of client service. Outside of work, Kieran enjoys keeping active and is a regular gym-goer. He is also a passionate Manchester United supporter and a dedicated family man, with his first child on the way.
