Nick joined the firm as a partner in 2026 bringing over 25 years’ practice experience in audit and corporate finance. As an audit partner and trusted commercial business advisor, Nick has worked alongside a variety of businesses, ranging from family-run SMEs through to large international groups of companies. He manages client relationships with a direct hands on approach and has a breadth of audit and advisory experience across many sectors including manufacturing, distribution, logistics and construction with a keen interest in the not-for-profit sector also. His corporate finance experience spans business disposals, acquisitions, management buy-outs, equity fundraising, refinancing and strategic advisory projects. Outside of work Nick is an avid Liverpool FC fan, enjoys travelling and socialising with family and friends.
